PECO Rebates 2026: What They Pay and How to Apply

Short answer: PECO pays $200 to $300 for an air source heat pump, $150 to $300 for a ductless mini-split, $350 for an ENERGY STAR heat pump water heater and $25 to $50 for a smart thermostat, for PECO electric customers. Apply within 90 days of buying or installing. Natural gas rebate levels drop on October 1, 2026. We found no PECO rebate for a home EV charger.

How to apply

  1. Check your bill: you must be a PECO electric or natural gas customer, and the rebate must match your fuel.
  2. Buy or install ENERGY STAR certified equipment that meets the efficiency numbers above.
  3. Keep a paid receipt showing the model number, manufacturer, price and date.
  4. Apply within 90 days of the purchase or installation. If you took an instant discount at the store, you can't claim the same rebate again.
