While a lot of Ontario's utilities have consolidated into bigger regional players over the past decade, London Hydro is still its own company, wholly owned by the City of London. That's not a rebate factor — the amounts above are provincial and identical no matter who bills you — but it does mean a single local point of contact for anything electrical-side of your install, like a panel-capacity check. As with most Ontario utilities we've checked, we haven't found a London Hydro-specific heat pump incentive layered on the provincial one.
