What it does mean is that if your insulation job surfaces an electrical issue (an older panel that can't take extra load, for instance), GrandBridge is who your contractor coordinates with. We haven't found a GrandBridge-specific insulation rebate stacked on top of the provincial program, though as noted above, Cambridge homeowners already have RetrofitWR's loan to fill that gap instead.

The ten-year average January low in Cambridge sits at -8.6°C, but that number hides the real risk: the coldest single night measured in that same 2015-2024 window dropped to -31.3°C, among the harshest extremes recorded anywhere in this cluster of cities.
