The only place ERV/HRV shows up in Con Edison's published materials is the Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program, where it counts as a 15-point measure toward a building-wide efficiency tier — not a rebate an individual homeowner can claim.
Con Edison residential Clean Heat programs
Yonkers has a denser mix of prewar apartment buildings and single-family homes than most of Westchester, and that split matters for what ventilation incentives actually apply to a given address.

Stacking it with other programs
If you own a multifamily building rather than a single house, the Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program is worth a call — an ERV or HRV counts toward the points needed for a building-wide incentive tier. For a single-family home, there's currently nothing to stack; the federal 25C tax credit that used to cover insulation and air sealing expired December 31, 2025, so there's no federal fallback for it either right now.
