The Region of Waterloo's RetrofitWR program offers a free Energy Coach to residents across the whole region, including Kitchener. However, the low-interest loan itself (up to $40,000 at 2.5% fixed, repaid via your utility bill) was confirmed by official sources specifically for GrandBridge Energy customers in Cambridge and North Dumfries — Kitchener's electricity utility is Enova Power, a different company.
