New Rochelle's Sound Shore neighborhoods combine early-20th-century single-family homes with newer multifamily development, and ventilation coverage differs sharply between the two.

For a single-family home, there's currently nothing to stack; the federal 25C tax credit that used to cover insulation and air sealing expired December 31, 2025, so there's no federal fallback for it either right now.
