What Central Hudson actually offers
Central Hudson runs the statewide NYS Clean Heat program. Its manual notes that a heat pump plus envelope upgrade project can also receive an incentive for an eligible ERV or HRV bundled into the same job — but that runs through the Custom Track, priced project by project with a participating contractor. There's no fixed residential HRV rebate you can look up on a chart.
