What's actually available is CEIP financing: St. Albert participates in Alberta's Clean Energy Improvement Program, which covers ENERGY STAR-certified window replacement and air sealing as part of an eligible efficiency package, financed for up to $50,000 and repaid through your property tax bill over up to 20 years.
