There's no flat dollar rebate for windows or doors from SCE in Ontario the way a heat pump or water heater rebate works. What's actually on the table is the federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (25C): 30% of window costs up to $600 a year, and up to $500 for doors, filed as a tax credit rather than paid out by SCE.
Keep in mind the $600 window portion shares a $1,200-a-year cap with insulation and air sealing, so timing a large window replacement and an insulation job in the same tax year can eat into both. The credit is specific about certification: it requires the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient tier, not just a standard ENERGY STAR sticker.
