There's no flat dollar rebate for a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) or energy recovery ventilator (ERV) from SCE in San Bernardino the way there is for a heat pump or water heater. Ventilation equipment simply isn't a category SCE funds in its residential rebate catalog right now.
