There's no flat dollar rebate for a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) or energy recovery ventilator (ERV) from SCE in Moreno Valley the way there is for a heat pump or water heater. Ventilation equipment simply isn't a category SCE funds in its residential rebate catalog right now.
Moreno Valley's newer tract-home neighborhoods and high summer heat push homeowners toward sealed, efficient houses, which raises the same ventilation question as it does elsewhere in the Inland Empire.
