The honest answer: no dedicated HRV rebate in Kitchener

Ontario's provincial Home Renovation Savings Program (HRSP), delivered through Enbridge Gas and local electric utilities like Enova Power in Kitchener, covers heat pumps, insulation, windows and doors, air sealing, solar, smart thermostats, and a handful of appliances.
